The primary focus of the Senior Software Engineer - Video will be the architecting and implementation of the foundational video architecture needed to surface a variety of videos in BookClub web and mobile applications. This role is centered on building the frontend of the BookClub mobile and web platform. As an early member of the team at BookClub, you will be crafting the technical foundation and contributing to a world-class product. In this role, you will be actively architecting and building web and mobile applications, consuming data from HTTP APIs, determining storage solutions for offline and low-bandwidth use cases, and implementing customized and highly interactive UIs with intuitive animations on the BookClub platform.
