We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing leader to design and execute a data-driven approach across all of BookClub’s digital touchpoints, from acquisition campaigns to the website, to drive subscription revenue for BookClub. As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will work closely with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and marketers to help BookClub grow. 


  • Build and execute engagement and conversion campaigns across digital touchpoints (paid digital, email funnels, website, in-product)
  • Develop the lifecycle strategy and programs that captures, retains and re-engages users in their end-to-end journey
  • Drive performance marketing through highly targeted digital acquisition campaigns
  • Provide detailed customer analytics of prospective and new users to improve the experience of BookClub’s onboarding and retention flows
  • Lead conversion optimization efforts for BookClub’s registration flow
  • Investigate and test new channels to communicate with prospective and paid customers
  • Identify opportunities for step-changes in the adoption of our products
  • Oversee campaign management and reporting, including in-depth analytics of LTV, CPA and ROI
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products


  • 8+ years of experience in acquisition marketing and performance/growth marketing with direct oversight of SEM, display, retargeting, paid social and funnel optimization
  • Data-driven approach to discover, deliver, and create new pipeline and revenue opportunities
  • Ability to understand funnels, ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term trends
  • Deep understanding of segments, user journeys, and success metrics
  • Willingness to dive deep into the details while also being able to create and community higher level strategy
