Your new literary home! BookClub is a community platform that connects readers with authors and each other. We invite you to journey beyond the book with captivating, original videos, in-depth conversations, thought-provoking questions, and author events. Our library features a variety of books from a diverse mix of authors, and we’re always adding new shelves. (By the way, anyone know a good woodworker?)

BookClub Premium is a membership tier that gives you access to every club we offer, plus exclusive conversations and author events.

Our Basic membership is free. With Basic, you can create a profile, browse books and authors, and build custom reading lists. BookClub Premium starts at $9/month, or $108/year.

Yep! You can cancel anytime. No hard feelings. Okay, we might be a little sad, but nothing a good book and a hot bath can’t fix. (As Sylvia Plath once said, “There must be quite a few things a hot bath won't cure, but I don't know many of them.”)

A few places. Sometimes you’ll hear us reference “questions answered by authors and readers.” These questions are part of our Q&A. Once you’re on a book page, scroll down to find a list of questions. Each one includes a video from the author where they share insights about their books. You can “like” a video, comment with your own response, and reply to other members. 
For our social media fans: We regularly host conversations with authors and readers on Instagram. We’ll talk about where to find these events in the next question. You can also discuss BookClub books with authors, readers, and hosts on our Discord.

We host multiple author events each month, from Zoom conversations to Instagram Live events and private chats. Click the “Conversations” tab in the navigation bar to see past and upcoming events. Click the event you want to join, and you’ll be redirected to a signup page. You can (and should!) follow our Instagram and join our Discord to stay in the loop.

If you’re a BookClub Premium member, you can subscribe to as many clubs as you like!

Feel free to reach out to the author on social media, tag them and @bookclubdotcom to get the conversation going. If you’d simply like to add a book to your reading list that’s not currently on our site, click on “My Profile,” then “Add Book,” and search for the title.

BookClub Ambassadors are avid readers who love to talk books—specifically the titles and authors featured on our platform.
